Plans differ only by the number of articles published per year. Submissions are unlimited; storage is fair use.
We move your archive from DergiPark, OJS, or your own site. Basic migration is free on yearly plans: published issues, PDFs, and metadata, up to about 100 articles.
Larger archives, full text, DOI transfer, and redirects are quoted.
No credit card needed; the subscription is paid by bank transfer.
Open an account, set up your journal, and complete its masthead.
Send the period fee to the account of your chosen currency.
Add the receipt in your panel; our team checks it shortly.
Once approved, your journal is listed in the directory and its site opens.
You get a reminder in the panel before the period ends; renewals have up to 7 extra days.
VAT appears separately on invoices; payments go to corporate accounts by bank transfer.
Each article published within your subscription year counts once; submissions, peer review, and revisions do not. Articles you take down after publication no longer count. The subscription year starts on the day your journal went live.
Nothing stops: submissions, peer review, and publishing carry on. We let you know at 80% and at 100% of your limit and suggest the next plan up.
Either; you choose the cycle when you take your journal live. A cycle change applies from the next period.
The journal manager changes it on the Subscription page of the journal panel. When upgrading you pay only the difference for the remaining days, effective once the receipt is approved. A downgrade starts next period if this year's article count fits the lower limit.
Not yet. Payment is by bank transfer: you upload the receipt in your panel and our team approves it.
Submissions are unlimited. Storage is fair use; files are never charged separately.
Authors never pay the platform. Any article processing charge (APC) policy belongs to the journal.
A short look versus self-hosted systems, national portals, and global services.
| Dimension | Self-hosted systems | National journal portals | Global SaaS platforms | ADYS |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Operations | Self-host + upgrades | Central hosting | Full SaaS, paid | Full SaaS, no install |
| UX / interface | Traditional, plugin-heavy | Rigid templates | Modern, strong | Modern, academic-editorial |
| Flexibility | Open source, high tech load | Limited customization | Modular publishing | Tenant identity + theme |
| Turkey focus | Widespread, not local SaaS | Local-ecosystem oriented | Global; weak local ecosystem | Turkish product, multi-tenant SaaS |
